Report any of the following within 30 minutes:

• Account cannot be accessed
• Account is already linked or unusable
• Incorrect account information

Claims submitted after 30 minutes will be automatically denied.

Approved claims are compensated with store credit only. No cash refunds will be issued.

⭐ Extended 3-Day Warranty

Customers who purchase the Extended 3-Day Warranty receive 72 hours (3 days) of coverage.

• Issues must be reported within 72 hours.
• Valid proof is required.
• Claims submitted after the warranty expires will not be accepted.

Approved claims are compensated with store credit only.

🎥 Required Login Recording

To qualify for support, you must record the complete login process immediately after purchase.

Your recording must clearly show:

• Opening the account details
• Entering the provided credentials
• The complete login attempt without cuts or edits
• Any errors encountered

Failure to provide a complete, unedited recording will result in your claim being denied.

🚫 No 2FA Accounts

Products marked as No 2FA are sold exactly as described.

• No 2FA status is only guaranteed at the time of delivery.
• If 2FA is enabled after purchase, it is not covered under warranty and does not qualify for store credit or replacement.
• Customers are responsible for securing the account immediately after receiving it.

💲 Orders Under $2 USD

Orders with a total value of under $2.00 USD are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or store credit under any circumstances.

🚫 Refund Policy

Because all products sold are digital:

• All sales are final.
• No refunds will be issued.
• Approved warranty claims are compensated with store credit only.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent suspension from Desirable Services.

📩 Support Requirements

When opening a support ticket, you must provide:

• The email used for the purchase

Tickets created with fake, random, or incorrect information may be closed without assistance.
